Third parties

Services used

Some features rely on third-party services. They receive only the data needed for their role.

  • Google or magic email links may be used for authentication depending on enabled options.
  • Stripe handles payments, subscriptions, Stripe customers, billing portals and payment confirmations.
  • Cloudinary or configured storage may be used for imported files and images; Vercel may process hosting and analytics technical data.

Optional Gmail

Email connection and invoice import

If the user connects a Gmail inbox for invoice import, Kronoma uses this access only for the enabled feature.

  • Gmail connection is optional and can be disconnected from the app.
  • Kronoma looks for emails or attachments likely to match invoices according to the import feature.
  • No expense should be considered final without user review or validation.

Retention

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the account exists or as long as needed to provide the service and meet applicable obligations.

  • Users can edit or delete certain data from their workspace.
  • Account deletion may delete or anonymize related data, subject to technical, legal or accounting constraints.
  • Some payment, billing or security data may remain with providers or in technical logs for a limited time.
